Mandatory Training for Supervisors updated according to the 2025 State-Regions Agreement. The course provides the skills needed to supervise workers’ activities, ensure the implementation of safety measures, and manage risk and emergency situations.
The course delves into the duties and responsibilities of the Supervisor as outlined in Article 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the State-Regions Agreement of April 17, 2025. It analyzes the specific risks related to work activities, supervision of the implementation of preventive measures, effective communication with workers, and coordination with the Employer and the RSPP (Prevention and Protection Service Manager). Ample attention is also given to emergency management and the identification of risky behaviors.
Course duration:
- 12 hours (training mandatory either in person or via live videoconference);

Biennial refresher course of at least 6 hours.

2 years (with mandatory biennial refresher training)

Course objectives:

To provide Supervisors with the necessary skills to safely perform their supervisory role;

Certification:
At the end of the course, upon passing the final test, a certificate of attendance is issued, valid throughout the national territory and compliant with current regulations.
