The Workplace First Aid Course is a fundamental component of the prevention and protection system in the workplace. Mandatory for all companies required to designate first aid responders, the course provides in-depth theoretical knowledge and essential practical skills to effectively manage medical emergencies, ensuring a timely and appropriate response in critical situations.

The classification of companies into categories A, B, and C is defined by Ministerial Decree 388/2003 based on factors such as the number of employees, the type of activity carried out, and the associated risk level.

Course duration:

• Category A: 16 hours

• Categories B and C: 12 hours

Validity of the certificate: 3 years

Delivery method:

• In-person training, featuring both theoretical and practical sessions;

• Exercises with mannequins and realistic simulations;

• Instructors with expertise in medical and safety fields.

Course objectives:

• Provide skills for the recognition and management of the most common medical emergencies;

• Develop practical skills in administering first aid intervention;

• Promote correct collaboration with the external emergency system;

• Strengthen the role of the first aid responder as a key figure in workplace prevention and protection.

Certification:

Upon successful completion of the course, including active participation and practical assessments, a certificate valid nationwide and compliant with current regulations will be issued.
