The Specific Training Course for Workers provides thorough and practical training on the risks related to the job role, the production sector, and the context in which the work activity takes place. It represents the second mandatory phase of the training path in occupational health and safety, as established by theState-Regions Agreement of April 17, 2025.
During the course, participants will learn to identify, manage, and prevent major occupational risks such as: mechanical and electrical hazards, use of machinery and equipment, falls from height, exposure to chemical and biological agents, noise, vibrations, radiation, work-related stress, manual handling of loads, signage, emergencies, fire prevention procedures, first aid, and much more, depending on the specific risk profile and the relevant ATECO sector.
The contents are tailored according to the company’s risk level (low, medium, high) and updated in line with the latest provisions of the 2025 State-Regions Agreement, which has harmonized teaching methods, delivery criteria, and learning assessment systems.
Course duration:

Level 1 (low risk): 4 hours

Level 2 (medium risk): 8 hours

Level 3 (high risk): 12 hours
Validity of the certificate:
5 years – at the end, a 6-hour refresher course is required.
